Thanks for entering my giveaway! I think I remember seeing your blog last year? I have a great-grandmother who had 16 children and is still living! Her kids put together a book of her childhood and her children childhoods! It's so neat to look through it to see how they all live in a three bedroom farm house!
    Good luck! happy blog hopping!

I so remember when you hit the tree! I walked into your hospital room and walked right back out. It was not my Bobbie I saw, but an alien who slept in that hospital bed! I remember almost fainting and Thank God your brother was there since he sat me down and made sure I recovered. I was so happy when you could finally see clear and spoke even though it was in very hushed tones! I'll never forget!!!

    Hi Aunt Barbara,
Just thought I'd let you know that I finally have a copy of your book through my daughter in Nebraska. I am about halfway through. It's been fun reading and most enlightening. I had often wondered about the relationship between grandma and grandpa. Seems even at a young age, he wasn't treating her like the princess that she was and still is.

    Well anyway, good job!

Hi Bobbie. I bought your book as soon as I heard it was out. What a fantastic read. Being a parent has got to be the most challenging, blind endeavor any person could undertake. There is no formula. However, your mom seems to have found the answers. Her dedication to family, education, and community is admirable. It would be impossible to chose a favorite story, but I can attest to the fact that her "words of wisdom" are true words of wisdom. I wish your book had been available when my children were young. I could have learned a thing or two from your mom. I encourage ALL young moms and dads to read this book and learn what being a parent really means. It's not what you can buy your children, it's what you teach them. What a remarkable woman!
And a word for you Bobbie. The book was an easy, enjoyable read. Great job!

I loved your book. Through it, I highly respect your mom for her dedication to her family and the love for all of her children. Having a family member myself that has mulitable children [12] I wish she would read your book. Your mom is proof that you can have many children and raise them yourself and not make the children raise each other, looseing their childhoods. Your mom is a true inspiration. I am so proud of you for the great job you did on this project. Wanting to publish my own works, I know how much work and research goes into this adventure. I am thankful for you being president of our club and being a dedicated leader. You did a great job and the club was better for it. I wish you all the best with this book. It surely gives the reader a new perspective on raising children in this modern and materialistic world. It gives a new perspective on mothers living their lives inside of unconditional love. Her love is so touching that so many people will wish they were one of her children!

First thank you for visiting my blog and entering in my giveaway. I appreciate it.

You book sounds incredibly interesting because I can relate somewhat. My grandmother had 18 children. I only knew 5, the rest passing before I was born. My natural mother had 13 children, I think I was #9. My adopted mother, sister to my natural mother, was the baby of the family...#18. My poor grandmother birthing all those children. I loved her so.
